An image sensor and an image data processing method are provided to control a reset sampling section related to the data signal outputted at a unit pixel. When a select signal is applied to a row including plural unit pixels, the image data signal captured during a low enable period are applied from a common contact point(41) of a column to a CDS(Correlated Double Sampling)(46). The data signal according to the various intensity drops the image data voltage applied to a circuit including the CDS according to each level. When a low enable signal is applied to each unit pixel of a row and then the image data signal stored in the unit pixel is applied to the common contact point, the first switch(42a) of the CDS is turned on by the sampling signal applied from the outside so that a reset sampling voltage is stored in the first capacitor(43a).
