PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dodecahedron speaker box at low cost with high assembling precision and to provide a dodecahedron speaker using the speaker box. SOLUTION: The speaker box 10 formed as a dodecahedron by coupling outlines of twelve pentagonal panels as ridge lines and for the dodecahedron speaker SP2 are configured by coupling all of the twelve pentagonal panels adjacent to each other by an independent coupling member 30.
