The wind-powered device has two Savonius rotors which have three, four or five blades (4) and a flow concentrator (9). Parallel axes (8) of the Savonius rotors stand at a distance to each other, which is determined by the blade width. The two axes are turningly connected with one another by two gear wheels or by a toothed belt and thus a mutual direction of rotation without mutual contact of the rotor blades is ensured. The two Savonius rotors are mirror images of each other and the curvatures of the blades are inwardly arranged.
