PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent washing fluid scraped down by a scraping off member from scattering and, at the same time, simplify the structure of a washing device. SOLUTION: A washing device 20 for washing a rubber blanket cylinder 8 is equipped with a brushing roll 40, the scraping off member 43, and an enclosing member 21 for enclosing them. By moving the enclosing member 21 to the rubber blanket cylinder 8 side, the brushing roll 40 fronting to the window 26a of the enclosing member 21 comes into contact with the rubber blanket cylinder 8. The rubber blanket cylinder 8 is washed by a washing fluid fed from a nozzle 27 to the brushing roll and the washing fluid become dirty by being adhered to the brushing roll 40 is scraped off by the scraping off member 43. The washing of the brushing roll 40 is performed under the condition that the brushing roll 40 is separated from the rubber blanket cylinder 8 and the enclosing member 21 is brought under the state being a tightly enclosed state by blocking the window 26a with an opening and closing part 31.
