PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely fix a duct pipe for air conditioning and a pipe sleeve after inserting the duct pipe into the pipe sleeve, and to provide procedures and a method of surely performing the fixing work. SOLUTION: In this pipe sleeve for a round pipe, a plurality of nail hole members for mounting a form are fixed to a side face of the pipe sleeve, a plurality of connection pieces are fixed to an outer peripheral surface of at least one end face of the pipe sleeve in a state of projecting from the end face axially outward from the pipe sleeve, each connection piece is made of a bendable metallic material, the parts projecting from the end face of the pipe sleeve are bent toward a central side of the pipe sleeve at a position of the end face, and threaded holes are formed on the bent parts. After removing the form, the bent parts of the connection pieces are folded back, an inserting portion of the pipe is inserted into the pipe sleeve, and screws are engaged in the threaded holes to fix the pipe sleeve and the pipe.
