<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a body from being caught in an open-close section such as a window, a door or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor 6 is mounted on the peripheral section of the open-close section such as the window, the door or the like, and the open-close operation of the open-close section is controlled by detecting the contact of the body with the peripheral section on the basis of a signal output from the piezoelectric sensor 6. The open-close operation of the open-close section can be stopped when the contact of the body is detected by the piezoelectric sensor 6. Since the piezoelectric sensor 6 converts a strain generated by the contact with the body into an electrical signal and outputs it, there is no mistaken detection even when the piezoelectric sensor 6 is moistened by rain, a car washing or the like. Since a stable high-molecular material such as polyvinylidene fluoride as known generally is used as a piezoelectric material used for the piezoelectric sensor 6, the piezoelectric sensor 6 has an excellent durability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
