<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device, communication device and power consumption control method that can reduce power consumption more in a multiprocessor environment. <P>SOLUTION: The computer device comprises a first processor for executing given processing and a second processor that consumes lower power.
