A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce space limitation of a chassis base by controlling heights of plural circuit substrates mounted on the chassis base. A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is installed at a side of a chassis base(17). A driving circuit substrate(15) is electrically connected to the PDP. The driving circuit substrate is fixed and installed on the chassis base through a predetermined coupling member(21). At least one boss member(30) is installed on the chassis base to fix the driving circuit substrate. The boss member is fixed on the chassis base capable of being elevated. Height of the driving circuit substrate is controlled by elevating the boss member. The boss member includes a first boss(31) fixed on the chassis base, a second boss(32) where a first screw hole(32a) is formed, and an elastic member(33) installed in the second boss to elevate the first boss.
