A light diffusion plate for a back light of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve light transmission and diffusion characteristics by using a prism pattern and a formless pattern to enhance light scattering and focusing properties. A light diffusion plate for LCD back light includes a base layer(200) and a coating layer(210). The base layer includes meta-acryl resin produced from single functionality monomer, a siloxane-group optical diffuser of 0.1 to 10 weight percent, a styrene-group optical diffuser of 0.1 to 10 weight percent, and an acryl-group optical diffuser of 0.1 to 10 weight percent, where the meta-acryl group resin is 100 weight percent. The coating layer is laminated on both sides of the base layer. A prism pattern is formed on the upper surface of the base layer. A formless pattern is formed on the lower surface of the base layer in order to diffuse the light. The coating layer includes an optical stable agent of 0.01 to 5 weight percent and an anti-state agent of 0.001 to 10 weight percent where the meta-acryl group resin is 100 weight percent.
