Provided is an augmentation plate that ensures a space for generation of a severely damaged alveolar bone, stabilizes dental implant fixtures in a weak alveolar bone, and is easy to remove. The augmentation plate is constituted by a body(10) and plural arms(12) extended from a longitudinal side of the body(10). The body(10) has four through holes(14) in the longitudinal direction, and two of the through holes(14) are offset. Two of the through holes(14) correspond to a premolar tooth portion and the other two through holes(14) correspond to a molar tooth portion. The arm(12) consists of a long arm portion(18a) and a long arm portion(18b). The arm portions have through holes(19a,19b) which is formed using micro-screws to secure dental implant fixtures in an alveolar bone.
