PURPOSE:To avoid common mode noise, by enclosure-insulating a plurality of units divided with a contactor, respectively with solid insulators. CONSTITUTION:To a high tension generator, from the input terminals 11a, 11b of a high tension unit 1, high frequency power is applied, and the generator is connected to the primary winding 15a of a transformer 15. DC high tension stepped up by the secondary winding 15b and rectified by a rectifier circuit 16 is connected to high tension output terminals 14b, 14d. The high tension is detected by a detecting circuit 17, and is connected to input terminals 11c, 11d, and is connected to an inverter controlling circuit, and is stabilization- controlled. Besides, a filament unit 2 and a high tension switch unit 3 are connected to the high tension unit 1 via mutual connectors 12, 13. The respective units 1-3 are molded with respective solid insulators. As a result, even if heat generation on the divided units 1-3 is extreme, a stress due to heat can be divided and reduced.
