A paint applying apparatus having masking device of inclined cylindrical shape is provided to prevent blowing off of paint out of painting target region and to facilitate removal of over sprayed paint. The paint applying apparatus having a masking device of inclined cylindrical shape includes: a paint application gun(10) applying paint; a masking part(20) having inclined cylindrical shape; a jig(30) for removing paint, which exists in the inner lateral side of the masking part(20); and a rotation part(40) rotating the masking part for removing the paint attached on the inside of masking part through the jig.
