PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of improving temperature dependency and stability while mitigating coaxiality accuracy. SOLUTION: A core 21 is fit in a solenoid 16 lower end side, and a yoke 23 is fit into an upper end side higher than the core 21 via a guide 22. A plunger 31 is housed in the yoke 23, and a rod 32 of the plunger 31 is supported to freely move up and down by an upper bearing 34 and a lower bearing 35. A valve element 41 supported in the core 21 is composed of a member different from that of the plunger 31, and it can vertically move independent of the plunger 31. A stopper 43 is provided on the valve element 41, and a portion to the lower end side lower than the stopper 43 is supported by a valve element bearing 42 from an outer circumference. A damping chamber 44 changing a volume in response to the operation of the valve element 41 is formed between the stopper 43 and the valve element bearing 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
