PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rake to be raised along a guide rail while stably keeping constant the clearance between the tip of the nail of the rake which is for scratching dregs captured by a screen, and a skirt plate. SOLUTION: A dust-elimination device is provided with the screen 13, the skirt plate 14, and the rake 19. The screen 13 is provided with a plurality of screen bars extended in the up-and-down directions within a water passage, and the skirt plate 14 is arranged above the screen. Then the rake 19 scratches the dregs captured by the screen. The rake is provided with a plurality of rake nails 24, 25, and the skirt plate is provided with at least one skirt guide 15. Then at least one rake nail 24 among the plurality of rake nails is engaged with the skirt guide 15, and the rake 19 scratches the dregs captured by the screen. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
