A local oscillator control circuit for a radio communication apparatus is provided to reduce occurrence of an erroneous operation due to a noise by not flowing an external noise inside. In a local oscillator control circuit for a radio communication apparatus, a reference frequency oscillator(10) outputs a predetermined allocated reference frequency. An inner control unit(41) generates and outputs a system clock signal, a data signal, and a latch enable signal by using the reference frequency outputted from the reference frequency oscillator(10) and prevents the system clock signal, the data signal, and the latch enable signal from outputting when a lock sensing signal is inputted at a state of a high level. A local oscillation unit(42) receives the system clock signal, the data signal, and the latch enable signal and outputs the set corresponding local oscillation frequency. And, the local oscillation unit(42) outputs the lock sensing signal of the high level to the inner control unit(41) when the set local oscillation frequency is outputted. |
