PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate/polyester type alloy resin composition having excellent residence stability in molding of large moldings and realizing moldings which has excellent fluidity and impact resistance, a good appearance of moldings and a controlled coefficient of linear expansion. SOLUTION: The composition comprises 0.05-1 mass part of (D) a polyethylene wax free of carboxyl groups and carboxylic acid anhydride groups, 0.05-1 mass part of (E) a phenol type antioxidant, 0.05-1 mass part of (F) a phosphorus type antioxidant and 5-15 mass parts of an inorganic filler (G) in 100 mass parts of a thermoplastic resin comprising 45-75 mass parts of (A) a polycarbonate resin, 14-40 mass parts of (B) a polyester resin and 1-15 mass parts of (C) a graft copolymer.
