A light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase reliability of a test result of a transistor and a light emitting element by forming a test pixel when an image pixel is formed. A light emitting display device includes a pixel portion(100), a data driver(200), and a scan driver(300). The pixel portion irradiates light corresponding to a data signal and a scan signal, and includes a test pad, which tests plural pixels for displaying images and elements included in the pixels. The data driver delivers the data signal to the pixel portion. The scan driver delivers the scan signal to the pixel portion. The pixel portion is divided into an image display portion and an icon portion. The test pad is formed on a non-display region. The image display portion displays an image. The icon portion includes the non-display region and displays an icon. |
