PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inserting tool of a locking metal fitting for installing a wall panel, superior in working efficiency, and capable of accurately positioning an inserting part of the locking metal fitting and an anchor member. SOLUTION: This tool 10 is used for inserting the locking metal fitting into an insertion hole formed in a wall panel; and is composed of a socket part 11 having a hollow part 16 of a shape adjusted to an external shape of the locking metal fitting and gripping the locking metal fitting from the outside, and a pair of cutout parts 12 symmetrically arranged so as to open below this socket part 11. The inserting tool of the locking metal fitting for installing the wall panel is characterized by arranging a mark 13 for indicating a position of these cutout parts 12 above the respective cutout parts 12.
