A urethane forming apparatus with explosion-proof construction used in a filter manufacturing process is provided to reduce probability of explosion by installing a dual wall structure at a raw material tank. A urethane forming apparatus with explosion-proof construction used in a filter manufacturing process includes a polyol tank(12), an isocyanate tank(13), a stirrer(20), an ejection head, and a detergent tank(14). The polyol tank has a main body for accommodating polyol, and a reinforcement wall surrounding the main body. The isocyanate tank has a main body for accommodating isocyanate, and a reinforcement wall surrounding the main body. The stirrer receives raw materials from the tanks and stirs them. The ejection head injects the stirred material into a capped part. The detergent tank accommodates a detergent for cleaning the material remaining on the stirrer and the ejection head.
