<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge processing system capable of properly charging a user for service, in image formation service for charging the user for service according to the consumption of toner. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 5 of an MFP (Muluti Function Printer) 1 has a function as the charge processing system. The image processor 1 includes: a counting section 71 which detects the pixel value of each pixel of an image subject to the processing of the MFP 1, based on image data corresponding to this image; a weighting operation section 72 which weights each detected pixel value by a predetermined coefficient corresponding to each pixel value; an integrating part 74 which integrates each pixel value after being weighted; a toner consumption calculating section 80 which calculates the amount of toner required for forming the image based on the value integrated by the integrating part 74; and a charge determining section 90 which determines service charges for the use of the MFP 1, according to the calculated toner amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
