<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response upon starting-up a sensor-less driving brushless motor. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit sequentially moves to six stages (stages 0 to 6) with different energizing patterns at intervals of 2 ms and a motor drive circuit so as to energize a vibrating motor, thus starting the vibrating motor. Moving to the stages permits potentials (U, V and W phases) of motor drive circuit of each motor coil to have voltage waveforms of H-level for three stages, LL-level for the next two stages and a middle potential (Z-level) between the LL level and the H-level.
