PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, lightweight, and inexpensive cooling device. SOLUTION: The cooling device 1 comprises a casing 3 for storing internal equipment, a Peltier element 5 provided in the casing 3, a heat radiating heat sink 7 provided on the casing outer side relative to the Peltier element 5, a heat absorbing heat sink 11 provided on the casing inner side relative to the Peltier element 5 and having heat absorbing fins 51 planted thereon; and cold air stirring fans 13 and 15 provided within the casing, which blow air along the fins 51 of the heat sink 11 and stir the air cooled by the fins 51 within the casing.
