A parking block of a parking lot of a building is provided to improve the protecting performance for parked vehicles by mounting collision prevention columns having plural cushion members. A parking block of a parking lot of a building includes an opening groove(110) formed at a ground(M) of the side of a parked vehicle; a container(120) upwardly formed with an opened space(121), plural combining grooves(123) at the inner floor surfaces, and plural connection grooves(125) at the upper end; a support where a pair of connection pieces(139) having connection holes(138) are projected at one adjacent side of hinge pieces(137); a collision prevention column(140) projected with a pair of combining pieces(144) having insertion holes(142) and mounted with a knob(146) at one side of the outer peripheral surface; a supporting bar(150) projected with mounting pieces(153) having combining holes(151); and a cover(160) formed with a cut-open part(161) to selectively withdraw/insert the collision prevention column and projected with plural connection pins(163) at the lower part. Plural cushion members(148) are inserted at the outer peripheral surface of the collision prevention column to minimize the impact of the vehicle when an accident occurs.
