<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that is high in motor performance while avoiding atmospheric contamination caused by the fixing of a magnetic pole, high in reliability, and used in an atmosphere other than the air. <P>SOLUTION: The motor is not easily displaced by gravity and torque at energization since the motor is fixed and adhered to the internal peripheral face of a rotor yoke 19a composed of a magnetic body and outer rotor magnets 18 by a magnetic force. In addition to this, a minimum gap C in the circumferential direction between the opposing faces 18a, 18a of the outer rotor magnets 18, 18 is smaller than the maximum width W of a spacer 19d in the circumferential direction (W>C), and a region where the minimum gap C in the circumferential direction between the opposing faces 18a, 18a of the outer rotor magnets 18, 18 is positioned in the radial direction outward the maximum width W of the spacer 19d, the outer rotor magnet 18 is prevented from falling and being displaced in the circumferential direction without using an adhesive even if unexpected vibration and an impact are generated, and also even if the motor D1 is arranged in a vacuum, the atmospheric contamination caused by the discharged gas (out gas) of an occluded impurity molecule can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
