The device (9) has a belt (7) distributing weight of a baby bowl (8) and a baby, and forces resulting from the belt, where the device permits the weight in connection with the baby and effects the forces resulting from the device symmetrically to body of a carrying person. A holding unit (1) is connected fixedly and detachably with the bowl and the belt (7) or hip and shoulder belts (2, 3) in a form-fit manner. An independent claim is also included for a method of utilizing a device for holding and carrying babies and infant in a commercial safety examined baby bowl.
