PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of positioning easily a positioning bodies of the positioning device to work piece and additionally to provide an air micro measuring device and a measuring method thereof capable of solving easily problems of misalignment of pores or hole sites formed on work piece, tilt of axis line of the pores or holes concerned, and misalignment of array location of work piece. SOLUTION: The air micro measuring device 10 is equipped with a positioning device 11 and an air micrometer 12, while a main body 18 of the device, a plurality of connecting members 19, and a positioning body 20 are arranged on the positioning device 11 concerned. On the positioning body 20 a measuring gauge 14 of the air micrometer 12 are mounted. Moreover, when the positioning device 11 and the measuring gauge 14 move downward based on driving from a lifting device 15 and if an outside edge 36a of the probe 36 of measuring gauge 14 concerned abuts on the inner edge 17 of work piece W, the positioning body 20 moves relative to the main body 18 of the device.
