PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio LAN data conversion circuit capable of the output increase of radio LAN equipment and different frequency coping without the need of changing equipment constitution or control wiring. SOLUTION: A carrier detection circuit 31 monitors the output of high frequency data 25 from the radio LAN equipment 10, and when there is the output of high frequency data of≥-1dBm, selects a transmission circuit 37 by controlling switching devices 33 and 40 by a control signal 32, and outputs radio data from a bidirectional antenna 42. When the output level of the high frequency data25 becomes less than -1dBm, the carrier detection circuit 31 judges that data output from the radio LAN equipment 10 is ended, switches the control signal 32, controls the switching devices 33 and 40, and selects a reception circuit 36.
