PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable polyolefinic laminated film which is excellent in stiffness (stiffness at a normal temperature), resistance to fingerprint whitening, finish after shrinkage, transparency, and suitability for addition of regenerated film, which has small natural shrinkage and shrinking stress and which can be gravitationally separated with satisfactory precision. SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable polyolefinic laminated film has a surface layer (I) comprising a mixed resin of a cyclic olefinic resin and a polyethylenic resin (A) having Tm of a predetermined range, an intermediate layer (II) comprising a polyethylenic resin (B) having Tm of a predetermined range, and an intermediate layer (III) comprising a mixed resin of a cyclic olefinic resin and a polyethylenic resin (C) having Tm of a predetermined range, a heat shrinking rate of at least one direction when dipped into a hot water at 100°C for 10 sec is at least 60%, and the maximum shrinking stress in a film main shrinking direction when dipped in a silicone oil at 80°C for 10 s is at most 10 MPa.
