PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand lever device which can operate opening of a throttle valve by operation of one hand and can secure safety, and of which structure of parts is simple. SOLUTION: Accelerator wire 4 is locked on an accelerator wire locking part 9 of a safety lever 1. The safety lever 1 is pivotally supported by a thick shaft part 6b of a stepped shaft 6 and an adjusting lever 2 is pivotally supported by a thin shaft part 6a of the stepped shaft 6. The safety lever 2 is provided with an eccentric cam 3 pivotally supported by the thin shaft part 6a and the adjusting lever 2 is attached on the thin shaft part 6a to be retained under an immovable condition at a desired position. The accelerator wire 4 is pulled with the accelerator wire locking part 9 of the safety lever 1 as a fulcrum by operating the safety lever 1 and the adjusting lever 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
