<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device which can flexibly control directional characteristics, by providing an optical path change means for changing an optical path of light emitted from a semiconductor light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device has a buried resin, a first lead having a first outer lead projecting from one side surface of the embedded resin, a second lead having a second outer lead projecting from a side surface facing the one side surface of the buried resin, a semiconductor light-emitting element mounted on an inner lead of the first lead, a wire connecting the semiconductor light-emitting element and the second lead, a sealing resin 24 sealing a semiconductor light-emitting element 25 provided in a recess and the wire, and an optical path change means 27 for controlling the directivity of light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element to an outside via the sealing resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
