<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion apparatus of a double-layered extrusion molded product constituted so as to be capable of replacing an extruder for extruding a core material and an extruder for extruding a sheath material with each other without changing the direction of the extruder connected to a die device, and a manufacturing method of the double-layered extrusion molded product using it. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion apparatus 100 of the double-layered extrusion molded product for extruding the double-layered extrusion molded product having a core/sheath structure wherein the outter periphery of the core material is covered with the sheath material has a first die device main body 250, which has a core material supply port 311 provided to its side surface and a second die device main body 200, which has a sheath material supply port 321 provided to its side surface, both of which are connected in the height direction of the die device 100 in a detachable manner. The first and second die device main bodies 250 and 200 are constituted so as to be connected to each other even in a state that one of them is rotated at an angle twice an angle α in a horizontal direction with respect to the other one of them.
