<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity for asking a customer for sealing or signature and preclude undue deed of the distributor certainly. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 31 to transmit an article ID capable of identifying the article 30 to be delivered to the customer's home in response to reception of electric wave is affixed to the article 30 previously, while an illumination part 10 to transmit a position ID capable of identifying the customer's home is installed previously at the entrance 100 of each customer's house. A tag reader and writer part of a portable terminal unit 40 receives the article ID transmitted from the RFID tag 31. The position ID transmitted from the illumination part 10 is received by a light receiving part of the portable terminal unit 40, and the electric signal according to the light receiving amount is emitted to a photo-quantity judging part, and the photo-quantity judging part 45 produces a binarized signal by judging the level of the electric signal and emits the resultant to a control part, which acquires the position ID on the basis of the binarized signal given by the photo-quantity judging part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
