FIELD: heat power engineering; devices for preparation of the ecological water-black oil fuel. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the heat power engineering and is intended for preparation of the water-black oil fuel in the form of the stable emulsion. The device for preparation of the ecological water-black oil fuel includes the container containing: the suction pipelines accordingly - the water delivery pipeline 1 and the black oil delivery pipeline 2; the pumping main 3 for delivery of the produced water-black oil fuel, on which there are in series mounted the premixer 6 of the injector type, the main pump 7 for the black oil delivery, the hydraulic cavitational modules 9 and 10;, the terminal pumps 12 and 13 and the devices for changing-over the applicable streams. The device additionally contains the pump-dispergator 5 for water delivery in the premixer 6 and the tool 4 for the water heating up to the temperature of ± 5 °C in relation to the temperature of the black oil. The pumping main 3 for feeding of the produced water-black oil fuel is additionally connected to the tank with water. The suction main 1 for the water delivery is designed with the capability of simultaneous connection to the suction main 2 for the black oil feeding and to the pumping main 3 for feeding of the produced water-black oil fuel. The invention improves the quality of the emulsion and diminishes pollutions of the environment by the combustion products. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality of the emulsion and diminishes pollutions of the environment by the combustion products. ^ 1 dwg |
