Provided is a trigger type spray device which is configured in such a manner that a trigger and a plunger are repeatedly pulled only when their locked state is released so that children don't easily operate the device, and which prevents the plunger from being deformed when it is pressed right and left by the trigger. The trigger type spray device comprises: a spray body(60), having a cylinder in which a pumping unit(50) for sucking and pumping the liquid, contained in a container(10), is arranged; a spray nozzle, arranged in a frontal end of the spray body(60); and a trigger, hinged to a front-end portion of the spray body(60), and operated in a repeatedly pulled manner in connection with the pumping unit(50). The pumping unit(50) includes: a plunger unit(52), elastically supported by a restoring spring(51) against the cylinder(65); a locking member(53), fitted into an opened end of the cylinder(65) in a rotatable manner; and a knob(54), rotating the locking member(53).
