PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-modulation device for obtaining stable resonance wavelength even when resonator length is varied. SOLUTION: In the light-modulation device, a resonator 16 has a Fabry-Perot type resonator structure in which a light-modulation membrane 34 where a refractive index changes in response to application voltage is sandwiched on a reflection layer. A control part 12 modulates light incident on the resonator 16 to be emitted by applying control voltage on the resonator 16.
