PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic projector (leak detector) capable of finding early a leakage portion over the whole facility piping, to be repaired in an early stage. SOLUTION: An injection port is provided in the just vicinity of a secondary side of a straight hydraulic water supply meter, and an RI medium is injected by an injector, from the injection port or a connection port of an existing tool just near to a portion considered as the most doubtful leakage point in the the whole facility piping.
