FIELD: mining, particularly devices for directional rock property change by means of laser emission during gold and ore alluvial deposit development. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing rock to laser emission of predetermined intensity; supplying gas into rock heating and evaporation zone to remove breakage products after rock treating with emission, which provides conversion of sulfide compositions having low atomizing energy in volatile state by means of thermal decomposition process; performing preliminary mineral spot surface scanning; carrying out periodical alternation of shear and longitudinal waves in mineral components of enclosing rock by change of optical laser emission axes direction with respect to planes so that angle in-between changes from 90° to 45°. Above axes direction is first changed in mineral with reduced strength and then in mineral with increased strength. The generated emission has predetermined intensity and duration to break structural links and following mineral separation to density in gas flow, which is inert to rock, and to remove volatile compositions. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of directional mineral property change by provision of predetermined energy density distribution and emission intensity, possibility to break structural links in rock having strength within wide strength range. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
