PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-sensing device, capable of carrying out a precise multichannel sensing operation and realizing a multichannel device with three or more channels. SOLUTION: The bio-sensing device 1 comprises a measurement light emitting means 10 for emitting measurement light L; a multi-channel sensor 20 having a plurality of sensor sections 21 which reflect or transmit light beams having different physical properties by the kinds of samples, and having the samples which are held for respective sensor sections 21; a scanning mirror 30 for scanning the measurement light L, across the plurality of sensor sections 21 of the multi-channel sensor 20; a scanning control means 31, which controls the scanning mirror 30 and stores the scanning position of the measurement light L, in relation to the multi-channel sensor 20; and a detection means 60 which receives reflected light R or transmitted light from the sensor sections 21 the measurement light L enters, and which detects the physical properties of the reflected light R or the transmitted light.
