PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lightweight interior components for an automobile at reduced costs, and to improve safety on a side collision. SOLUTION: A door trim body 20 of a door trim 10 are formed of lightweight base 21 composed of foamed resin having shape-retaining characteristics, and a resin mold part 23 integrally provided in a part of its inner face. A resin burr is intentionally and forcibly leaked partially around the resin mold part 23 so as to form a reinforcing burr part 30 for strongly supporting the resin mold part 23. Sharp edges are prevented from forming in the resin mold part 23 by the reinforcing burr part 30 when the side collision occurs.
