<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save terminals unnecessary for an end user in an integrated circuit device in which a CPU, pins for debugging and functions are mounted on a mass production chip. <P>SOLUTION: In the debugging system 1 including a pin-saving type debugging tool 50 and a target system 10, the integrated circuit device 20 with the CPU built in and an oscillator 30 for generating and outputting digital clock are mounted on a board 40 of the target system 10. The integrated circuit device 20 includes an inside debugging module 24 and a clock input terminal 26. The board 40 has a clock output terminal 12 and a digital clock signal 32 output from the transmitter 30 is outputted to outside via the clock output terminal 12 and is supplied to inside of the integrated circuit device 20 via the clock input terminal 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
