PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover, for radiating heat generated in a noise device to the outside and for sufficiently reducing noise generated in the noise device and leaking out of the device. SOLUTION: The soundproof cover attached to the noise device as a noise source and a heat source, comprises: a cover body covering at least a part of the noise device; and a seal member disposed between the cover body and the noise device to define an enclosed space between the cover body and the noise device. At least part of the cover body is provided with a heat radiation part thermally connecting the outside of the soundproof cover with the enclosed space. The noise generated in the noise device is shut off or damped in the enclosed space, and the heat generated in the noise device is released from the enclosed space to the outside of the soundproof cover through the heat radiation part.
