<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying container having air cushion sections which improves impact resistance characteristics to the bottom surface plate side. <P>SOLUTION: On each one of the internal surfaces of the carrying container main body, air cushion (sections) 36, 38B, 38D and 39 are respectively attached. The air cushion 36 which is attached to the bottom surface section 22 is made completely independent from air cushion sections being attached to other side surface sections mechanically and in the air injection manner as well. For the air cushion of the bottom surface section, an air feeding/discharging valve 44 which is independently used is provided. By separating the air cushion for the bottom surface plate from other sections, the air injection can be performed before a carried article is housed, and a sufficient air injection amount can be ensured.
