PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sluice for a field which is buried in a ridge between an irrigation/drainage channel and a rice field surface, which prevents leakage of water of the ridge on the periphery of an installed sluice, and which is fixed in the location where it is installed. SOLUTION: A flange 2 is provided on the outer periphery of one end part of a flume body 1 of needed lengths in the longitudinal direction, and the flume body 1 has a U-shaped vertical cross sectional view. Then two pairs of inner grooves 5 are vertically provided reverse to each other on the inner surfaces of both of the side walls 4 at needed intervals. Then a flume 7 formed by vertically providing an outer groove 6 on the outer surface stops and drains water by engaging a water-stopping plate 8 with the inner groove 5 with flexible removability. Then the outer water-stopping plate 9 engaged with the outer groove 6 performs positioning of the flume body 1 in the ridge 14 in collaboration with the flange 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
