PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rear body structure of a vehicle with a slide door which structure supports a center rail more firmly in a simple structure. SOLUTION: According to the rear body structure 15 of the vehicle with the slide door, the lower end of an outside panel 16 is bent outward near the lower side of the center rail 20 to form a first lower flange 31, and the lower end of a wheel arch panel 28 is bent along the first lower flange 31 to form a second lower flange. The first and second lower flanges 31, 32 are joined together, and a rear fender panel 24, which covers the upper outer surface 12a of a rear wheel 12, is disposed at the outside of the joined flanges 31, 32.
