<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform enterprise evaluation including search for a value chain in addition to factors in evaluation/forecast of "an invisible enterprise value" with respect to a value chain and enterprise value evaluation device for quantitatively estimating/forecasting an enterprise value or investment value while specifying enterprise value sources or strengths and value chains. <P>SOLUTION: A combined load of a neural network in an enterprise value learning part 104 is optimized so as to input an inventory turnover rate, the number of employees and tangible fixed assets as indices for forming an index relating to "organizational power of an enterprise" through combination with other data, to input research and development expenses over the past two periods, research and development growth potential, the cumulative number of acquired patents, research and development efficiency and the latest research and development investment in relation to "technical stock and innovation", to input residual profits and liabilities with interest as feature quantities in relation to "financial discipline", and to output an investment value, a value chain is searched, and the investment value of an enterprise for evaluation is evaluated/forecasted in an enterprise value evaluating part 105 using the combined load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
