A method for obtaining highly dispersed polymer suspension involves preparation of solution of stabilizer in heating with water bath and solutions of water-soluble initiator in the water and that oil-soluble in monomer. Obtained solutions of stabilizer and water-soluble initiator are in turns incorporated in the reactor while mixing, monomer phase is added and polymerization is performed in the stage-by-stage increase of temperature. Thereafter the obtained highly dispersed suspension is cooled, filtered through capron sieve, precipitated with ethanol or H2SO4 diluted in water, decanted, washed with distilled water to the neutral reaction of rinsing water and dried to the constant weight.
