The device has two rods (12,14) arranged in parallel, where end regions of the rods are held by a coacher. The other end regions of the rods are connected with a baton and are held by a student. One of the rods comprise of connecting mechanisms (26,28) at which sticks (18,20,22,24) are coupled, where the stick are used as ski sticks. The connecting mechanisms are molded with a basin.
