<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device, a network device linkage system and the like that are easily usable without users' setting of information on a server and clients and that can provide a series of process services intended by the users. <P>SOLUTION: A linkage information search part 107 searches for linkage information according to user identification information inputted by means of a user identification information input part 103. If the description of a process for a function of the network device is included in process definition information included in the linkage information searched for by the linkage information search part 103, a processing means part 113 executes a process using the function.
