FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: electric sawing device comprises chamber that received smoke generator, casings for material to be smoked, positive electrode, and negatively charged corona needles. The positive electrode is made of a plate and is interposed between the casings. The positive electrode projects out of the casings and is mounted for permitting movement along the chamber toward one of the panel provided with the negatively charged corona needles.
