PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gumi candy having crispy palate feeling and coolness taste, and free from spoiling palate feeling through peeling of a sugar coat layer. SOLUTION: The gumi candy has a layer comprising oil and fat and set in the middle of a sugar coat layer comprising gumi and sugar alcohol so as not to move moisture of the gumi to the sugar coat layer comprising sugar alcohol and to obtain crispy palate feeling and coolness taste. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the oil and fat layer and the sugar coat layer from peeling off from each other by laying the sugar coat layer between the gumi and the oil and fat layer. Since the outside of the candy comprises sugar alcohol, the gumi candy has coolness taste and fruit juice feeling, is prevented from absorbing moisture, has crispy palate feeling which is extremely hard to change, and is free from scattering in the mouth.
